High temperature pulse width modulation (PWM) controller

MAGMA is a high-temperature pulse width modulation (PWM) controller. It operates at a constant frequency with an adjustable range of 50KHz to 500KHz. MAGMA can operate at an input voltage of 6 to 30V. It also has an internal voltage reference, input feedforward compensation, which makes it less sensitive to input voltage changes, and activates soft start when MAGMA exits standby mode or enables output. The low-voltage locking function can keep the PWM output at a low level until the controller has sufficient power voltage to operate normally. When the output voltage of the DC-DC converter reaches the programmable threshold, the "power good" comparator returns a "good" signal.
