High temperature and high reliability 40V half bridge gate driver

HYPERION is suitable for driving MOSFETs in DC-DC converters, as well as designing half bridge gate drivers in motor control applications and power inverters.



The typical on-resistance is 1 ohm, and at 200 ° C, both the high and low sides can drive loads up to 1 nF, with a propagation delay of 40 ns and a transition time of 15 ns. When using internal adaptive non overlapping circuits in MOSFET driving applications, switching losses are further reduced by preventing simultaneous conduction. The high side floating driver is self bootable and can adapt to voltages up to 55V on the bootstrap node.



The Undervoltage-lockout function keeps the high-voltage side switch off until the driver has enough voltage to operate correctly. The crowbar input is independent of the input signal status to enable the low side driver, and the low side disable pin allows operation in asynchronous mode.
