CHT-RUBY high-temperature and high reliability triple operational amplifier with built-in voltage reference (225 ° C)

CHT-RUBY is a universal triple operational amplifier, combined with a bandgap reference voltage, suitable for applications operating in the temperature range of -55 to 225 ° C. The three operational amplifiers can be configured in Instrumentation amplifier with external resistors, while the built-in reference voltage provides complete bridge excitation for sensor applications.
